Simply contact us via email at sales@canadianprosupply.com with a description of the problem. Our customer service department will send you an RGA number authorizing you to return the product. *The retailer pays the freight for the replacement item if a freight qualified re order is not placed.
Canadian Pro will send you a replacement product NO CHARGE FREIGHT PREPAID.
